About Our Location
Our air-conditioned studio boasts a comfortable lobby, two private multi-stall restrooms, one large 200-seat theatre, dressing areas, 2 private lesson or dressing rooms, and a large multi-purpose room. We offer rentable costumes in various sizes and props with multiple uses.
We have plenty of close parking and handicap parking spaces. We are located less than a mile from downtown Watkinsville where you can find a unique shopping experience, including chain and locally-owned restaurants.

With our large room and separate lobby and side room, our space is ideal for hosting Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Business Meetings, Performances, Parties, etc.
Use of theatre, backstage, dressing rooms, multi-purpose room, lobby, parking lot, and all 4 restrooms
Staff member on duty, Clean facility ready when you arrive, Sound system with speaker and microphone, 2 8-foot tables, 200 padded chairs in the theatre, 30 folding chairs for the multi-purpose room

Yes! We have parking conveniently located on the property.
Do you provide food?
We do not, but we are less than a mile from Downtown Watkinsville where you can find locally-owned restaurants, and we provide tables if you would like to order catering.
What if I only want to rent certain spaces?
For rental of certain spaces only, please e-mail us here so that we can best accommodate you.
How long can I rent the space?
We do require a 4-hour minimum, but contact us for an exact time on your desired date.
